EliteSiC Single N-Channel Silicon Carbide devices with Typ. RDS (on) of 80 mΩ, ultra-low gate charge (Typ. QG (tot) = 56 nC), low effective output capacitance (Typ. Coss = 79 pF), TJ = 175°C, and 100% avalanche-tested.
EliteSiC NXH006P120MNF2 MOSFET power module, featuring a 6 mΩ/1200 V SiC MOSFET half-bridge and a thermistor, available in F2 packaging with or without pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM), as well as soldering or press-fit pin options.
